How soon will my order ship after my order is placed?

We generally aim to ship your order within two days, with the exception of weekends. During times of high order volume, your order may experience a 3-to-5 day window before shipping. This includes sales periods, festival and holiday seasons and public holidays.

Does you ship worldwide?

We do! All of our orders are lovingly packed in sunny California before being sent to your mailbox.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer the choice of two shipping options depending on how soon you need your order.

Economy USPS 1st class shipping is available for $8 USD when shipping to most areas worldwide.

Express shipping is optional for $20 USD, and it’s available in all countries except Chile, Iceland, Kuwait, Puerto Rico, Réunion Island and other remote regions.

How do I put in an order with DNTY?

Ordering is easy! Click on the item you’d like to purchase and select your preferred options (colour, size, length and quantity) before adding your item to the cart. Repeat as many times as necessary until your cart is ready for checkout.

To see all items in your cart, click on “My Cart” on the top right of this page. Once you’re ready, start your checkout process by entering your address, delivery details and payment information.

After submitting your order, you’ll be brought to an order confirmation page and you’ll receive an email with all the details. Now all that’s left is to get excited for your items!

Which payment methods you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments, as well as Apple Pay, PayPal and Google Pay. Buy with confidence knowing that your payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways. We do not have access to any credit or debit card information.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

To begin the cancellation process, email us at @email within 12 hours after your order has been placed. Cancellations or changes after this 12-hour window will not be accepted since we cannot guarantee your order has not already been processed. Cancellations or exchanges are not accepted during sale periods. Approved cancellations will be refunded in store credit only.

What should I do if one of my items is defective?

For defective items, contact us at @email with “Defective Item Received” and your order ID. Please be as detailed as possible when describing the defect in your email, and include at least one clear snapshot of the item so we can see the problem.

Once we receive your email, our customer service department will assess each request on a case by case basis. We will potentially compensate you (with replacement or store credit) for items within a 6-month window after your package has shipped.

Please be aware that any personal damages to the defective item or items that have exceeded the 6-month window will not qualify for compensation.

What should I do if I received incorrect products in my order?

For incorrect products in your order, contact us at @email with “Incorrect Products Received” and your order ID. If possible, include a photo of what you received in your package. Once we process your email, we will send you the right products using express shipping to ensure your order is correctly fulfilled.

My package was rerouted back to DNTY. What should I do?

Your package may have been routed back if your address is incomplete or incorrect, or if it was left unclaimed for a specific period of time.

In any case, it is your responsibility to pay the additional shipping fee to re-ship your items, even if a shipping coupon was used. Packages marked as undeliverable, unclaimed or refused are not authorized returns, and as such are not eligible for refunds.

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

To protect the health and hygiene of our customers, piercing jewelry is excluded from being exchanged or returned.

We accept exchanges or returns for all non-piercing jewelry. Your request for return or exchange must be submitted no later than one week after receiving your package. Approved refunds will be refunded in store credit only. Email customer service at @email to start the return or exchange process.

Please note that the return postage is your responsibility if your exchange or return is approved.

To return or exchange your item:

1. Ensure your item is in original condition and is placed within the original packaging & gift box.

2. Package your return in a sturdy or padded envelope to prevent damage during transit.

3. Mail your return package with a registered tracking number to ensure your package gets back to us safely.

Will I be charged customs fees, duties and taxes for my DNTY order?

Yes, you may be charged all of the above on your shipment, and they are your responsibility to pay and be aware of. Taxes or customs charges are dependent on your local laws and regulations. Please contact your local customs office for more information on what your costs and fees will be.

We cannot reimburse you for duties and taxes paid on delivery. If required, your postal carrier may reach out to you for more information.

How do I maintain my new jewelry?

All jewelry should be taken off before any contact with water. When not in use, jewelry should be kept clean and dry in a closed storage space. Jewelry should be properly cleaned periodically with a silver polishing cloth to maintain a quality finish.
